1. General information

Siampoolpure is a trade name of Siampoolpure Health Products Trading Inc., 36 Peñafrancia Avenue, Barangay San Francisco, Lungsod ng Naga, 4400, Pilipinas. The seller of the products, contact details, and registration information can be found on the Legal Notice page and in your order confirmation. We only accept returns at the address we provide after you contact us; do not send parcels anywhere else.

2. Website use

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. Our site and products are for personal use only and not for resale, unless you have our written consent. We may decline, reduce, or cancel an order if details cannot be verified, prepared bottles are out of stock, or fraud is suspected, and we will refund any amount paid.

3. Prices, taxes, and customs duties

Prices are shown in PHP. Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We may correct clear pricing errors before dispatching the parcel, and you will be given the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel without charge.

3.1 VAT and customs duties

Prices for shipments within Philippines include VAT where applicable. For shipments outside Philippines, import taxes and customs duties are set by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. A parcel refused at customs will be treated as returned: shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

4. Payment methods, order placement, and acceptance

We accept Bank transfer. No card or bank details are collected on our website.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

An order is placed once you complete checkout. We send a confirmation email with the order number; the contract is formed once we pack and dispatch the bottles and send a shipping notification. Prior to that, we may decline the order and refund any payment made.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

Orders that are unpaid or where payment fails will not be packed or shipped. For cash on delivery, parcels that are uncollected or refused will be returned to our facility and the order will be cancelled.

5. Privacy and personal data

We only use personal data required to prepare and deliver your order, answer your inquiries, and keep the site secure, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information regarding cookies and related technologies is outlined in our Cookie Policy. Both documents form part of our terms.

6. Product use, safety, and personal care

Use the formula as directed on the product page, on its label, and in the included guide. Keep out of reach of children unless specifically formulated for them. Product images accurately reflect our items; colors on your screen depend on display settings, and minor variations in color or shade are not considered defects.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Store the bottle under the conditions indicated on its container. If a best-before or expiration date is printed, do not use it after that date. Segregate and dispose of the container and materials in accordance with local regulations in your area.

7. No medical advice

Nothing stated on this page should be considered medical or health advice. Our descriptions simply explain what is in the bottle and how it is prepared; we do not promise specific health benefits. Review your daily routine or consult a professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, undergoing daily routine, or have a condition that may be affected.

8. Discount codes and promotions

Site discounts are valid only while displayed and cannot be combined with other promotions unless clearly stated. Discount codes must be entered at checkout prior to payment and cannot be applied retroactively. Complimentary items included in a promotion must be returned with the complete order if a return is made.

9. Shipping and delivery

Delivery methods, estimated times, and rates are detailed on the Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates in business days from dispatch and are not guaranteed dates. Orders containing multiple bottles or items may arrive in separate parcels.

10. Proof of delivery and risk of loss

We remain responsible for products until the carrier hands them over to you or your designated recipient at the provided address; from that point on, risk of damage or loss passes to you. Visible transit damage must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours, along with photos. Verify your address before completing the order: parcels returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect will be refunded minus the shipping costs incurred.

11. Returns, refunds, and quality guarantee

You may return any product within 45 days of receipt in accordance with the terms on the Returns and Refunds page. Please request a return authorization number first and only send items to the address we provide. The refund will cover the cost of the product; original shipping charges are only refunded if the return is due to our error or a defective formula. This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights in your country.

12. Warranty and product conformity

Items must match the description on the site and arrive free of defects. In accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), Siampoolpure ensures that products are authentic, intact in manufacturing quality, and safe for regular use prior to the stated expiration date. A product damaged due to a defect within the statutory warranty period in your country will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion following inspection. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery are not covered.

13. Code of conduct and acceptable use

You may not use our website to place fraudulent orders, disrupt its operations, collect information about other shoppers, or post unlawful, misleading, or abusive content. We may block your access if you breach these rules.

14. Intellectual property

All text, photography, designs, trademarks, and code on this site are the property of Siampoolpure Health Products Trading Inc. or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use; any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation requires our prior written permission.

15. Third-party websites and links

The site may contain links to pages that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or operation. Including a link does not mean we endorse them.

16. Testimonials, feedback, and customer submissions

Reviews shown on the site come from customers who have used our product; they describe individual experiences and do not guarantee the same results for everyone. By sending us feedback, photos, or messages, you grant us permission to publish them free of charge, using only your first name. We remove reviews upon request, and we do not publish unlawful content or disclose others' private information.

17. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided on an as-is basis. We strive to keep information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it will operate continuously or without interruption. Statutory warranties on the products themselves are not affected by this section.

18. Limitation of liability

The total liability of Siampoolpure for any damages will not exceed the total order value paid by the customer or the amount of ₱5,000, whichever is lower. We bear unlimited liability for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and in any other circumstances where liability cannot be legally limited. For other damages, our liability is limited to damages typically foreseeable under this type of contract.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or materials you post on the site, to the extent permitted by law.

20. Dispute resolution and governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with us, you may bring it before the competent court at the seller's registered address; consumers retain the right to bring claims in the courts of their country of residence. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country that cannot be waived by agreement remain in effect.

21. Electronic communications

Order confirmations, shipping notices, receipts, and updates regarding these terms are sent to the email you provided at checkout. Keep this email accurate and check your spam folder; messages sent to that address are considered received.

22. Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations under this agreement to a successor entity, provided your rights are not reduced. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.

23. No waiver

If we do not immediately enforce any provision of these terms, it does not mean we waive our right to enforce it in the future.

24. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining terms will remain in effect, and the invalid clause will be replaced with a valid rule that most closely matches its original intent.

25. Termination

We may suspend accounts or decline future requests from anyone who violates these terms. Bottles that have already been prepared and shipped will not be affected.

26. Entire agreement

These terms, along with related policies and your order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between us for your purchase. If translated into different languages, the version in the language of the site where you placed your order will prevail.
