You can return the bottle within 45 days of receipt, for any reason. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after we receive the parcel.

How to claim
- Send an email. Write to [email protected] with your parcel number.
- Receive instructions. We will send a return number and the return address within one business day.
- Return the parcel. Send the bottle back to us; we will process your refund once the box is received and inspected.
