You may return any Siampoolpure product within 45 days of receipt, for any reason, provided it is unused and still in its original packaging. Here are the guidelines, the return steps, who covers shipping, and how quickly your refund will be processed via bank transfer.
1. 45-day refund guarantee
The return window is 45 days from the date you receive your package. This applies whether the bottle is cracked, defective, incorrect, or if you simply changed your mind.
2. Return conditions
- Damaged bottle or defect: replacement or full refund, including original shipping charges; simply attach clear photos to your request.
- Wrong item received: we will deliver the correct blend and collect the incorrect bottle at our own expense.
- If you change your mind: the bottle must be unused, in its original box with seals and labels intact; you cover return shipping, and the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Opened bottles cannot be restocked for hygiene reasons and will not be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Product return process
- Within 45 days of receipt, send an email to [email protected] or call +63 733 187 822 with your order number, the reason, and photos if the package is damaged.
- We reply within one business day to provide a return number and the shipping address.
- Pack the product in its original packaging, include a note with your return number inside, and seal the box securely.
- Ship it to our address and email us the tracking number. Keep your shipping receipt until the refund is processed.
4. Refunds and processing time
We inspect returned items within 3 business days of arrival and send an email confirmation. Refunds are issued to your original payment method: cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer to an account you provide, and bank transfers return to the same account. Bank processing typically takes 1-5 business days.
5. Exchanges and cancellations
If you wish to exchange for another blend or variation, follow the return process and place a new order; we will issue a refund for the returned item once received. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment: email [email protected] with your order number.
